"Two iron spearheads" ...

Jorvik Viking Centre *
"Spearheads  The spear was the most common weapon in the Viking Age, used by both Anglo-Saxons and Vikings.
They contained relatively little iron, so were cheap to make.  The broader, heavier spearhead is designed for thrusting.
The longer, narrower spears could also be thrown."

"VIKING BURIAL  Memorial Park, Islandbridge, Dublin  9th century ...
This group of iron objects comes from an excavated Viking burial.  It consisted of a sword with handle inlaid with silver wires, a spearhead and an axehead.  The burial was also accompanied by two handles and four nails, perhaps the fittings from a wooden casket and a painted iron object of uncertain use but perhaps used as a firesteel along with a piece of flint to light a fire."
