"Matchlock musket  Sri Lankan, late 17th century  The shape of the stocks of Sri Lankan muskets is quite distinctive.
This one was a matchlock, though its lock is lost.  It was made to be shot left-handed; the lock was on the left of the stock.
A similar gun in the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam, is fitted with a Russian lock."
"Powder flask  Sri Lankan, 18th century  Made from a black cowhorn lacquered with yellow and red.  The base plug and stopper are both missing."
