"Dagger (khanjar) Indian, Lahore, 18th century The wavy blade is of watered steel decorated in gold koftgari near the hilt.
The ivory hilt has a pommel carved in the shape of a tiger's head, the open mouth is stained red and the eyes are set with crystals.
The scabbard is of wood covered in red velvet with a chape of silver gilt."
